By bank card online
- Add the products to the basket and go to checkout.
- Choose “By bank card online”.
- Complete the order.
- Confirm the payment.
- Receive your parcel.
Please note: paying by card of any bank is subject to the payment system's limits on the number of payments and the maximum amount. Payments within one day must not exceed UAH 250,000 for cards issued in Ukraine and UAH 50,000 for foreign cards.
Cash on delivery
Go to checkout, choose “Cash on delivery”, wait for the parcel and pay when you collect it.
If you arrange the cash-on-delivery shipment in the Nova Poshta app, the tariff is the same as paying at a branch, under Nova Poshta's own terms.
Bank transfer (invoice)
- Add the products to the basket.
- Choose “Bank transfer (invoice)”.
- Fill in the billing details and complete the order.
- Your manager sends the invoice; you pay it and receive the parcel.
Deferred payment
Deferred payment is available to customers with «Partner» status. Add the products to the basket, choose this method and complete the order — the parcel ships without prepayment.
Refunds
Refunds are issued in the cases provided for by Ukrainian law and by the Public Offer. To arrange one, contact support via chat or using the details below.
